Jarmo Puputti is the Executive Partner of XD Solutions. Jarmo has comprehensive experience in leadership from several international companies. Most recently Jarmo has worked as the CEO of Raisio Plc.

Over his career, Jarmo has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a holistic approach. He has comprehensive experience in international business management, technology development, systems engineering, and program management. Jarmo has over 30 years of history in research, development, system integration, and business development of autonomous systems, mobile machinery, and weapon systems for several application areas. His core interests are disruptive business models, agile and networked innovation ecosystems, a wide variety of critical technologies, and disciplines needed in autonomous systems, and defence industry.
